F.I.A.T. (Friends in Adoration Together)
The word “fiat” is Latin, and it means “let it be done.” Mary’s fiat was when she said, “Behold, I am the handmaid of the Lord; let it be to me according to your word” (Luke 1:38).Every second Tuesday of the month, we come together joyfully to adore our Lord during the Holy Hour. We delve into a Rosary mystery and discover from our Mother Mary how this act of surrender exemplifies true Christian discipleship, humility, and unwavering faith. Join us at 5:30 PM for optional Mass and the Perpetual Help Devotion. At 6:15 PM, we will begin Adoration, followed by a time for fellowship with sweet treats in the Garden Room. Friends in Adoration Together (F.I.A.T.) focuses on spiritual growth guided by Our Lady and her intercession. To Jesus through Mary.

Koinonia
Koinonia is a Greek word that occurs 20 times in the Bible. Koinonia’s primary meaning is “fellowship, sharing in common, communion.” The first occurrence of koinonia is Acts 2:42, “They devoted themselves to the apostles' teaching and to the fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer.” Christian fellowship is a key aspect of the Christian life. Believers in Christ are to come together in love, faith, and encouragement. That is the essence of koinonia. Let’s embrace the spirit of early Christian communities by sharing our faith and nurturing authentic friendships. In separate small groups for guys and gals, we’ll engage in prayer and reflection to support one another on our journey to holiness. We look forward to seeing you there and inspiring each other!

Agapé
The Greek word agapé describes a type of love for another in which one seeks nothing back in return — a self gift. Agapé love involves faithfulness, commitment, and an act of the will. It is not an abstract concept, but rather appears to describe a way of life. It is, in particular, a way of living among people who form a particular tradition or community. Agapé love is beautifully described in 1 Corinthians 13. Learn more here.Perpetual Help Young Adults strive to live in community in a way that inspires others to become disciples of Jesus. As stated in John 13:35, “If you love each other, everyone will know that you are my disciples.” Our gatherings are filled with joy and fun, and as we eat, pray, learn, and serve, we hope that others will discover Jesus through these community activities.Join us every fourth Tuesday of the month at 6:15 PM in the Garden Room. F.A.M - Fellowship After Mass
The Perpetual Help Young Adults, a ministry of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Parish, serves the parish community by participating in the quarterly Sunday 5:00 PM Mass as lectors, cantors, ushers, and Eucharist Ministers. After Mass, we gather for dinner and fellowship at a nearby restaurant, featuring a guest speaker who discusses inspiring and relevant topics for young people.
