Young Adult Mission

The Perpetual Help Young Adults, formed beneath the Icon of Our Mother of Perpetual Help, share in Christ’s redemptive love through Mary’s example. We accompany Him in His suffering with prayer, compassion, and presence. Under her mantle, we form disciples who console His Heart and carry His saving love to the world.

The Perpetual Help Young Adults is a community formed beneath the Icon of Our Mother of Perpetual Help, where Mary holds her suffering Son and draws us to share in His redemptive love.

With her, we contemplate the Nativity, where Christ embraced his mother and his humanity; the Agony in the Garden, where He longed for someone to share his pain and console him; the help of Simon of Cyrene, who shared the burden of His Heavy Cross; the Crucifixion, where He thirsted for love and found those who stood near; and the Great Commission, where we are sent to carry His saving love to the world.

At the foot of the Cross, we take our place with Mary and John. We offer Christ not gall, but a drink of compassion—our presence, our prayer, and our willingness to suffer with Him. We become disciples who console the Heart of Christ, sharing in His work of salvation.

Under Mary’s mantle, we dedicate ourselves to forming souls who will watch with Christ, walk with Him, and carry His love to a suffering world—disciples who console, who carry, and who proclaim the love that redeems.
